Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Vorhee Services operates vorheeservices.com and sells digital products. Buying from us means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not buy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. You must be paying with funds that are yours to spend.

3. What you are buying

Every product is a digital item. Nothing physical is shipped. What is included is listed on each product page, and that listing is the full description of what you get.

Where a product is sold for a fixed period, access ends when that period ends. Where a product is sold as lifetime, it means for as long as we continue to offer and support that product — not in perpetuity regardless of circumstances.

4. Payment

We accept cryptocurrency only. Payment is made directly to our wallet with no processor in between.

The amount shown at checkout is fixed for a short window while the price is locked. You must send the exact amount shown, on the exact network shown. Funds sent on the wrong network, or to the wrong address, cannot be recovered by us.

An order is only complete once the transaction has the required number of confirmations on-chain. Until then, nothing has been bought.

5. Delivery

Delivery is manual. Once payment confirms, we hand the product over personally in our Discord server, which is why a Discord username is required at checkout.

If the username you give is wrong, does not exist, or you are not in the server, we cannot deliver. Open a ticket and we will sort it out — but the delay is not a fault on our side.

6. Licence and acceptable use

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use what you buy. You may not resell it, share it, publish it, decompile it, or distribute it in any form.

Sharing or reselling a product ends your licence immediately, with no refund.

7. Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use what you buy, and for making sure it is lawful and permitted where you are. Use of third-party software may breach the terms of service of the platforms or games it is used with, and any consequence of that — including suspension or loss of an account — is yours alone.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or continued compatibility with any third-party service.

8. Availability

We do not guarantee the site is available without interruption. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any product at any time. Where we withdraw a product you have already paid for and not received, you get a refund.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Suspension

We may refuse service or cancel an order where we reasonably believe it involves fraud, a chargeback attempt, abuse of our staff, or a breach of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
