Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect an email address and a Discord username so we can deliver your order and answer your questions. We do not sell anything about you to anyone.

1. What we collect

• Email address — to send your receipt, and to reach you about a support ticket.
• Discord username — because delivery is manual and this is how we find you.
• Order details — what you bought, the amount, the coin, and the transaction reference.
• Support messages — what you write to us, so the conversation has a history.
• Technical data — IP address and request information, used for rate limiting and to stop abuse.

We never see or store card numbers, because we do not accept cards. We never ask for a wallet seed phrase or private key, and you should never give one to anybody.

2. Why we can use it

We process your email, Discord username and order details because we need them to perform the contract you entered when you bought something. We process technical data because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site working and free of abuse.

3. Who it is shared with

Only the services that make the site run:

• Vercel — hosting.
• Supabase — the database holding orders and tickets.
• Resend — sending receipts and ticket emails.
• Discord — where orders and tickets are worked on.
• Cloudflare — DNS.
• Public blockchain explorers — to confirm a payment has the required confirmations. We look up the transaction; we do not send them anything about you.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

4. How long it is kept

• Orders — kept while needed for records and disputes.
• Tickets — kept so we have the history of what was said.
• Ticket links — expire 90 days after the last activity, or 30 days after the ticket is closed.

5. Cookies

We do not use cookies, and there is no analytics or advertising tracking on this site.

The site does use your browser's local storage for two small things: what is in your basket, and the reference of your most recent support ticket. Both stay on your device, are never sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data removes them. The ticket reference alone opens nothing — looking a ticket up also requires the email address it was opened with.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Open a ticket at vorheeservices.com/support and we will action it.

Note that we may need to keep order records even after a deletion request, where the law requires it.

7. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to the database is restricted to the site's own server code. We hold no card data at all, because we never take any.

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

8. Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears here with a new date at the top.
