Refund Policy

Digital products delivered by hand, paid in crypto. That makes refunds narrower than a normal shop, so here is exactly where the line is.

When we refund

• We never delivered. You paid, the payment confirmed, and you did not receive the product — full refund.
• We withdrew the product. You paid for something we then stopped offering before handing it over — full refund.
• You were charged twice for the same order — the duplicate is refunded.
• The product does not do what its page said it does, and we cannot put it right — refund.

When we do not refund

• After delivery, because you changed your mind. Digital goods are delivered immediately and cannot be returned.
• You bought the wrong item and it has already been handed over.
• You sent crypto on the wrong network, or to a wrong address. Those funds never reach us and we cannot recover them.
• You sent the wrong amount. Open a ticket — we will work it out with you, but it is not automatic.
• Your account was actioned by a third party, or the product stopped working because a third-party service changed.
• The product was discontinued after you received it. We may stop offering or supporting any product at any time. Once it has been delivered to you, discontinuing it is not grounds for a refund, including where it was sold as lifetime — see below.
• You shared or resold the product. That ends the licence with no refund.
• Your own hardware or setup cannot run it, where the requirements were stated.

What "lifetime" means

A lifetime product is licensed for as long as we continue to offer and support that product. It does not mean forever regardless of circumstances, and it is not a guarantee of indefinite updates.

If we discontinue a product you already hold, your access to it ends and no refund is due. If we discontinue a product you have paid for but not yet received, you are refunded in full.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. That right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with your agreement. By buying and asking for immediate delivery you agree to delivery starting straight away and accept that the 14-day cancellation right is lost at that point.

Nothing in this policy removes your rights where a product is faulty or not as described.

How a refund is paid

Refunds are sent in the same cryptocurrency you paid with, to an address you give us, at the amount originally paid in that coin. Because exchange rates move, the fiat value of a refund may differ from what it was worth on the day you paid. Network fees are deducted from the refund.

Chargebacks

Crypto payments cannot be reversed by a bank. Anyone attempting to reverse a payment through other means, having received the product, loses access to it and to any future purchase.
